This policy covers vectisify.com and the agency services described on it — websites, automations, and AI agents built for our clients. Our dental-verification product, Benji, handles patient health information and is governed by its own separate privacy policy, not this one.
What we collect
This site doesn't run a checkout, contact form, or any other data-collecting flow — the only way to reach us is by email. If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message. This site uses no analytics, ad trackers, or cookies.
How we use it
To respond to your inquiry and, if we start working together, to deliver the service and manage that business relationship. We don't sell your information or use it for anything beyond that.
Third parties
This site doesn't share any visitor data with third parties — there's nothing collected here to share.
Retention
We keep client records for as long as needed to deliver the service and meet our own accounting and legal obligations, then delete or archive them.
